RFI Community Notification Solution

RFI documents should be obtained from the County’s electronic bidding portal (Euna Bonfire) portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Strathcona County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested below. The County is exploring options for a community notification system to share local, emergent events or information that are not life-threatening but may impact our community’s lives, such as water restrictions/bans, fire bans, parking bans, facility closures, road closures and more. Alerts about critical and life-threatening situations are sent via the provincial Alberta Emergency Alert system and are not intended to be shared on the community notification system.
