Request for Information (RFI) RFI-2026-ITCO-189 Call for bid Submissions Tender No. VoIP to Cloud Migration Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the RFI process to provide services for the VoIP to Cloud Migration ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 15:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time) on October 14, 2026. Bid Intent deadline: (not mandatory) ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Proponents shall adhere to the Proposal Submission Requirements as identified within the tender document. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
