Le présent mandat vise à assurer, pour une durée de trente-six (36) mois, le recours à des services de spécialistes pour assister et soutenir l’équipe interne de la Direction des services technologiques (DST) dans l’exercice de ses responsabilités à l’égard de l’entretien des infrastructures technologiques et applicatives ainsi que la continuité de l’application des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité pour les diverses composantes de l’infrastructure et des services hébergés dans les tenants infonuagiques du Ministère, tel que les infrastructures réseau et de télécommunication, le WEB, les services Oracle (applicatif et bases de données), les services Microsoft et SAS. Cet appel d'offres public est constitué de trois (3) volets qui génèreront trois (3) contrats distincts chacun pour une période de trente-six (36) mois ferme et en continu : Volet A : Infrastructures technologiques Volet B : Intégration Volet C : Infrastructures applicatives Les soumissionnaires peuvent déposer leur offre pour un ou plusieurs volets.
