The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, through Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services, is procuring remote patient monitoring (RPM) expertise, technology, and support services to support implementation of the new provincial Health Information System. The resulting agreement will cover a five-year contract period, with an option for a one-year extension, and include performance management measures and a service level agreement.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and the resulting Contract is to enable Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) to access the expertise, technology, and services of qualified Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) vendors in support of the implementation of the new provincial Health Information System (HIS). NLHS is administering this Request for Proposals (RFP) for RPM Support Services, in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act. The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of five (5) years with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year. Upon notification of award, the parties will negotiate and execute a contract. The contract will include performance management measures and a service level agreement.
