Housing Management and Operational Platform

McMaster University seeks a comprehensive, integrated, web-based software platform to manage all aspects of student housing operations and conference services. The solution must support the full lifecycle of residence management, from application and assignment through occupancy, billing, and facility operations, while also enabling efficient management of summer conferences, camps, external group bookings, ticket sales, and front desk operations. The platform will serve as the central system of record for approximately 6,200 residence beds across multiple buildings, supporting academic year housing for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as summer conference operations that may accommodate tens of thousands of additional guests annually.
