This bid is 100% technology related

A strong match for technology vendors

Why we classified this as tech

This competitive RFS procures enterprise AI strategy, governance, operating-model and data-readiness consulting—technology-focused advisory work that IT vendors can bid on. It does not primarily procure AI software implementation.
