The British Columbia Ministry of Citizens' Services, through the Exchange Lab, has designed a procurement process specific to Agile software development called Team With Us. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to create a multi-use list of Qualified Suppliers who can provide individual digital resources on an as, if and when basis, that have the capabilities necessary to support the Agile development of software products to be used by the Province's Ministries and their respective clients and end-users.
