The City of Toronto (the “City”) is issuing this Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified Supplier to bid for a Road Allowance and Control System (RACS) Modernization. The City is looking for a supportable, extendable, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective COTS Proposed Solution that would address the current challenges and business objectives of the City.
