Payroll Module Within Human Resource Management System

Thompson Rivers University (“TRU”) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) seeking information on Payroll Modules that are a component of a Human Resource Management System. TRU previously issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Human Resources Management System requesting only integration with the University’s ERP system’s payroll module. Upon deliberation, TRU has decided to collapse the initial RFP and proceed with a payroll module as part of the HRMS solution. For the purpose of this RFI, vendors will only need to provide information on the PAYROLL module itself. TRU wishes to understand the features and functions that are leading-edge in integrated Payroll processing to prepare requirements for a future RFP for a full HRMS solution. The vendor’s HRMS shall include Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding and Payroll. TRU uses the EUNA Bonfire system to manage its solicitations.
