Wait Time Sensor Solution

CATSA has a requirement to procure a Wait Time Sensor (“WTS”) solution to automate the collection, calculation, reporting, and analysis of passenger wait time information at CATSA-managed Pre-Board Screening (“PBS”) checkpoints (the “Solution”). The Solution will consist of sensor-enabled data collection devices, sensor-agnostic analytics software used to process and interpret collected data, dedicated servers, and all associated implementation, maintenance, support, and lifecycle management services.
