Packet Capture Solution

Through this NRFP, ICBC is seeking a modern packet capture and deep packet inspection solution, including associated hardware, cloud-based services, implementation services, maintenance and support, training, and related professional services. The solution must support centralized packet capture management, support packet-level visibility across ICBC's network and cloud environments, integrate with ICBC's monitoring and security ecosystem, and support ICBC's ongoing operational, security, and resiliency objectives. The scope of this procurement includes the supply, configuration, implementation, testing, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of the proposed solution, together with any required software, hardware, cloud services, and professional services necessary for successful deployment and operation within ICBC's environment.
