Automated Dispatching and Fire Station Alerting System

The Local Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified respondents regarding automated dispatching and fire station alerting systems. The purpose of this RFI is to better understand current market capabilities, implementation approaches, integration requirements, service models, system architectures, support models, and budgetary pricing associated with available solutions. Information collected through this RFI may be used to inform the development of a future Request for Proposal (RFP) or other competitive procurement process. This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes. No contract, purchase order, standing offer, or agreement will result from this RFI. The Local Government is under no obligation to proceed with any procurement process arising from information received in response to this RFI.
