We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If TechBids does not meet your expectations within the first 7 days, we will refund your payment in full -- no questions asked.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscribers on any billing plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
- Requests received within 7 days of the initial payment date

2. Refunds After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day guarantee period:
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current monthly period.
- Quarterly subscriptions: No partial refunds are issued for unused months within the quarter. You may cancel, and access continues until the end of the current quarter.
- Yearly subscriptions: No partial refunds are issued for unused months. You may cancel, and access continues until the end of the current annual period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund outside of the 7-day guarantee period in the following circumstances:
- Extended service outage: If the Services are unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly or charged after cancelling your subscription
- Duplicate charge: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same billing period
If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund, please contact us with details of the issue.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to premium features will end immediately
5. Plan Changes
If you switch between billing cycles (e.g., from monthly to yearly):
- Any remaining balance from your current plan may be prorated and applied as a credit toward your new plan
- The 7-day money-back guarantee does not reset upon a plan change
- Contact our support team for assistance with plan changes
6. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive, including repeated sign-ups and cancellations intended to exploit the 7-day guarantee. The money-back guarantee is intended for genuine first-time users evaluating our service.
